Button stretch by different text

I have a question.
I have these 2 buttons, one is default the other hover. But of course when I change the text it doesn’t enlarge… How can I make sure that when the text changes the ‘box’ stretched?
(I know with auto layout but then I don’t get those angles like a parallelogram)
