Hey @Jason_Oliveira, I am not able to experience your issue in the desktop app. I am able to see Annotations in the browser as well as in the desktop app.
Can you please Force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it. Also, can we try clearing out your cached files and see if that helps? Please follow these steps: Clear desktop app cache
Please confirm if your desktop app is running on macOS 11 or later and for Windows it must be running Windows 10 or later in a 64-bit environment.
