Assistance with Changing Billing Plan

Good day!

I am experiencing difficulties changing my billing plan from a monthly to an annual subscription. I would appreciate your assistance with this matter.

I am unable to find the "Change Plan" option anywhere in the Billing settings. For convenience and cost savings, we would like to switch to an annual plan.

Hi Rons,

I understand how frustrating this can be! In Figma, the option to change your billing plan from monthly to annual should typically be available under Admin Settings > Billing. If you don’t see the "Change Plan" option:

  1. Ensure you have the necessary admin or owner permissions for the account.
  2. Try accessing the billing settings in an incognito/private browser window to rule out any caching issues.
  3. If the option is still missing, Figma’s support team may need to assist directly. You can reach them via Figma Support.
