Hi, I want to enable two-factor authentication (2FA), but when I want to verify my number I get the message “Access denied”. Anyone could tell me what’s happened actually?

This usually occurs if you’re using a country code that isn’t supported by our system. If you’re still having trouble, I recommend using an authenticator app or some other means for 2FA: Enable two-factor authentication (2FA)
