Absolute positioned element within auto layout with constraints doesnt move on scaling

I have a component with a background icon. That component needs to be able to scale and the icon should stay in the lower right corner:

And this the setting of the Background Icon

When I scale the original component it looks right

But when I insert the component and scale it looks like this
