I am new user to figma, I have a “Starter” Account.
I am trying to create a design using the UI kit provided by atlassian.
How do I use the components in the Atlassian Design Kit in my Design File?
Is there a way I can import the components into my file?

You can’t use components that are located in the other file (possible only on paid plans) but you can copy-paste components into your work file or better just work in the design system file — add pages and use local components there.
