Rectangle changes color when placing it inside frame

I noticed that the rectangle color ffffff changes to efefef when I place it inside the frame. Does anyone know why it does that? I thought I was going color blind because Figma was saying it was still FFFFFF while I checked with another rectangle and copied the color. It turned out to be EFEFEF.

Check the opacity and blend mode of the frame you’re nesting your object in.
