I want to make a scroll animation in the prototype, I want to make the circle in the attached image be scaled (make it bigger and fill all the frame ) when the user scrolls down
does anyone know how to do it?

You can add a dummy frame with a mouse enter interaction further down the frame, and then smart animate the size of the blob. The size is not going to be directly related to scroll amount, but it demonstrates the idea.
