Same issue. This is of course a deal breaker that prevents us from continuing to work with branches. Good communication on this issue would be highly appreciated.

For anyone who wants to recover their work you can open the branch in archived branches and duplicate it as a new file. then manually copy the frames back to the main branch of the original file.

It is second time this occurred, branching become useless functionality as I have to rework things again.

Yeah, I’ve also just run into this issue as well, but in the past it has worked fine.

I seemed to of fixed it by restoring my project back to the merge and this made the changes appear though.

I’ve the same issue here, and I wonder why this thread is still open after a whole year. 😦

The merging process is super sloppy and broken still, some of my branches don’t apply Main’s changes, so when trying to merge that branch it will think I need to REVERT the changes in main that didn’t sync up 😦

The branch is “merged”, archieved and is not available to restore or edit; the main file haven’t been updated

We’re still experiencing this issue, and it seems to be happening more often recently.

Yes we are facing similar issues, it won’t let me approve branches - looks like this is an issue for a few years and not yet resolved.

Just lost hours of work with another broken merge. I can’t event try to hand copy changed pages from the merged branch.
