Dear Figma Community,


Our organization account was suspended due to overdue payment. This happended due to the fact that the colleague in charge of managing Figma account in our company was on leave and did not check emails in time.


I’ve sent four emails to support@figma.com regarding this issue and received ticket numbers: #968240, #968255, #969821, but I have not yet received an official response.

Figma is an important design tool for our company and the work of many of our designers has been impacted by the account suspension. I urgently need help resolving this payment issue so we can regain access to our account.
