There is no way to do this automatically. The only option is to manually split the text into two separate blocks and give them different lengths.

Currently trying to use a feature like this where text can wrap around a check box and resize to the the frame within auto-layout. Hopefully this will be a feature included in the future 🙂

Hey is there a way to wrap text around icons or illustrations in components? I’m working on a project to design how our components will scale when large accessibility font sizes are turned on.

So far the only solution I can find is to break the copy into 2 text boxes and add a second piece of text underneath the icon, but that’s quite manual, a little tricky to get the line height right, and also means we can’t easily add scaled versions of our components as variants to our existing design system library.

Hey thanks for merging the issue I see there’s no way to do it yet. But please could request that you add this to Figma as a feature in future?

We had big plans for our design system to include scaled variants of components where text would need to wrap around icons and spot illustrations to save screen space. Without this it makes designing for accessible font sizes hard.
