I can’t find any options to fix its size.
in this video, arrow size has to be fixed when the parent group is resizing.

How can I fix a nested element size when resizing its parent component?
make sure to constraints are set properly on the main component. From the video it looks like you’re showing the instance.

hi. Josh. I tried it onto other non-instance layers too. but it still didn’t work. =(
The layer “Group 681” is a group and not a frame so its contents will always scale. You’ll want to convert “Group 681” into a frame. “icon_arrow” will then sit center/center with a fixed size but you probably want “Ellipse 7” set to Scale or Left and right and Top and bottom.
