I’d appreciate if you could confirm:
Does this issue occur if you try opening this file while connected to a different network (e.g. mobile hotspot)?
If it’s just happening on one network, you may need to adjust your proxy VPN or firewall settings as shown in Technical troubleshooting tips or speak to your IT Admins or ISP. Generally for problems affecting a single network we’re not able to troubleshoot as it would require access to your system or network settings.
Does this issue also occur if you try opening this file in a different browser or incognito window?
Our supported browsers are Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. If it’s occurring in a specific browser, it may be helpful to try disabling any browser extensions or clearing your browser cache.
