Unable to Embed a FigJam Board within Another FigJam Board

I’ve tested it on my end, and everything seems to be working as expected and I haven’t been able to find any information about this error message so far.

If the embed link works in other web-based programs, it seems likely that the sharing settings or permissions are fine.
However, could you double-check the link-sharing settings of the FigJam file from which you copied the embed code? You can find more details here: Embed files and prototypes - Link sharing settings

Also, I’d like to confirm whether you have edit access to the FigJam file where you tried to insert the link preview. Please refer to the Who can use this feature section in this article: Add link previews in FigJam

Additionally, could you let us know if this issue occurs in both the web browser and the desktop app? It would also be helpful if you could check this on any other browsers you have.

When contacting our support team, please include the following information:

• Ensure you use the email associated with your Figma account.
• Attach a video that clearly shows the issue.
• Include the embed code.
• Share direct links to the FigJam files (where you got the embed code and where you pasted the code), and invite support-share@figma.com with “can edit” permissions (note that this will not affect your billing).
