The client has created an interactive presentation as a prototype in Figma. This prototype is currently shared using Figma’s free plan. The client wants to share a direct link to this prototype with various people. Is there a limit on the number of people who can access the prototype via the link? Will there be any additional charges for each person accessing the prototype?

Hey @Przybylak_Peter, thank you for reaching out!

On the Starter plan, your team can have three FigJam files and three Figma design files with a maximum of three pages per design file. The client can invite as many people as they want to view or edit these files. There won’t be any additional charged when file lies in the starter team.

Permission determines how the audience can interact with the file:

  • Can edit: Gives the user edit access to the file. This means that the user can edit, move, rename, or share the file.
  • Can view: Gives view only access to the file. People can still view and inspect layers and properties in the file, and view prototype flows and connections in the editor and presentation view. They can also use collaborative features in Figma and FigJam files like comments, cursor chat, audio chat, and emotes.

Please do check out our Help Center article: Starter plan permissions

Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

Thanks,
Gayani
