Increase the precision of Asset Search

Asset Search is too loose in returning results. For example, searching for “red” will return completely unrelated results, e.g. “Featured Tile”. This causes a lot of noise in search results which makes it hard for designers to find the right component.

Only return results if the beginning of the component name or description matches the keyword, e.g. “red” = “red background.”
