How to create a callout

Hi, I am currently working on a project and there are texts in some screenshots that I want to highlight by making a callout but I don’t know how to do it on Figma.

This is an example of what I want to do

Does anyone know how to do it? Would really appreciate the help. Thanks.

  1. Create a copy of the elements you want to show inside the callout.
  2. Group the copy and enlarge it using the scale tool.
  3. Add a shape/frame and use it as mask.
  4. Apply shadow and border effects.
