Hey guys! As many of you know, college and school email accounts are deleted after you graduate. Because of this, I had to pair my Figma account with a new email address. My laptops and other devices logged me out of Figma and I can’t get in, which means I lost access to my files. I don’t think my account got deleted, since I can still see it in shared files. I just can’t check the email address, since I’m not the admin in any of them. I tried to contact Figma customer service but I haven’t received a response to my issue. Please help, I’m so scared of losing all the projects I did in college… Thank you!

Can you share via DM the email address you have used to reach out to the support team? I can’t see it in our backend. We can escalate it internally. Thank you
(As a workaround, are you able to set up email forwarding to send emails from your school email account to a new email address? If so, we recommend you set this up and reset your password to access your Figma account, and then update your email address as needed.)
Hi Celine, I need help with this as well. I was logged into my school account and they deleted my email a while ago, but I was still able to access the Figma files associated. However, after accidentally clicking “log out of all accounts,” I am no longer able to get in. I also put in a support ticket. Please let me know if there is anything you can do! Thank you.
