Hi everyone, I’m trying to create a nav that highlights the selected icon. I’ve checked other posts on here and watched a couple videos on Youtube but I’m still confused on what I’m doing wrong. I created 2 states for each icon then created a nav component. Now I’m going through and changing the state for each icon but when I click on some of icons, I don’t see the states listed. I only see different states for the wallet icon, the states for the other icons aren’t showing up. I inserted images within the project to show what I’m talking about. Can anyone help with this? I think it has to do with the circle background and icon groups I created but I’m not sure.

Here is the project link: https://www.figma.com/file/6aKV6WKsmOsie2qvnCFTU4/Nav-(Copy)?node-id=207%3A71

@charmy
I’m not sure where it goes wrong but your doing it completely wrong.

Do this

create active mode by:

group icon / group Oval / put them in 1 frame / make it component / make it variant / select first variant and reduce the opacity of Oval to 0 / Put them in your nav bar / prototype

Remember : you have to have your non active icons as the size of the Active one and large enough for a finger to tab it. Currently even the tiniest fingers can’t reach it
