Viewing wider design at smaller screen resolution

So, I always start design with 1920px width, when you’re viewing the prototype using a 1920px widescreen monitor with “100% - Display at full size” option, it will be perfect since it has the same width.

But the problem when you view the prototype using smaller screen like laptop, it will be left-align instead of center, i will share a reference link to show you what it looks like.

So, i need to know how to make the prototype become center-align when using smaller screen.
