Video import is failed

Hello community,

I have issues on importing video into Figma prototype…can anyone help me?
I am a Pro account user and I am unable to drag video into prototype. I tried the methods from other posts in forum, such as convert video to webm or clean the cache, none of them works for me and my deadline is very close, can you have a look on it?

Btw, I already submitted some requests to Figma and none of them is responded…I am very urgent and hope there will be a solution.

I’ve seen that you’ve already tried the basic Troubleshooting steps, so I am going to leave this for our support team to take a look.

Update, this issue is likely network or firewall related. The issue was not happening it on another machine for the user.
