Just now I tried to use the common ctrl/cmd + K shortcut to insert a link to the selected text. To my surprise the keyboard shortcut changed to something else (don’t remember to what, don’t care). The ctrl/cmd+k key combination is common and vastly used in text editors, desktop apps, and web apps. I know only 2 apps that does not comply with this de facto standard: Slack and now Figma. It would be great if you consider using commonly used standards.

Change the command to create a link from “CTRL + U” to “CTRL + K”.
This is a universal command for most applications that has worked in past versions of Figma and most users are already used to it. Why make everyone retrain themselves and create cognitive load over nothing?
