Upgraded to professional but shows up as free

I have paid for the professional plan but it still shows that I am on the starter and asks me to pay to upgrade. Anybody has dealt with this? It is impossible to contact Figma and I need to use it for work.

I cannot see the Admin features because it shows as if I am on the starter plan. If somebody from the support team could reach out to me, it would be great.

Are you sure you are checking the team you upgraded? You can have multiple teams, and when you upgrade it’s only for one specific team that you chose.
