Upgraded account shows as free

I am in the same boat. I only have one team and it still says I am on the free starter plan. I didn’t notice for a couple of weeks when I tried to add a new project and was told to upgrade. I have tried to contact but support told me I have a starter plan and can’t use the support that is for paid (professional) plan. Not sure what to do next, they aren’t getting back to me.

I did some searching, and I see that support was able to get to you after you posted this message. It looks like this is all resolved now – I apologize that it took a while to get there.
