Truncate text: truncate beginning of text as well

I love the ability to truncate the text now. Would it be possible to have the option to truncate the beginning of the text as well as the end?

Ex: “The foxed jumped over the bridge.”
Current: “The fox jumped…”
Feedback request: “…over the bridge.”
