I can confirm that our team received your 1st ticket #1087728 from Wednesday, as well as tickets from yesterday and today.
In the future, please keep in mind that when you write in multiple times, your tickets will be automatically merged together keeping the most recent date, pushing you to the back of the queue.
Our support team works from oldest to newest, so your ticket from Wednesday is now appearing in the system as if you wrote in today. We’ll escalate your most recent ticket to support on your behalf though. Someone will be in touch soon.
