Send emails from the prototype

Hello everyone 🙂

I am creating this prototype as a template for my portfolio. This is the “Contact” page and I would like to understand if it is possible to associate each section (Name, email, subject, email, send) with the related action associated with a mail host. Long story short, is it possible to contact me from the prototype via email by entering one’s email?
