Multiple projects = multiple licences?

Angstrom_Figma

We have a main project that we have fully licensed and have been adding people too, under that we created a new project to keep some things separate, however it’s come as “free” and I have paid for 15 people in the previous one to have full access, seems mental to need to recharged all these people again just for another project? Is this the only way?

On a paid plan, you can have an unlimited number of projects. It sounds like you created a new Starter team. Our paid plans are team based, so while you can have unlimited projects under one team, a new team will be associated with a separate plan.
