Hi, I hope someone here can help me. I’m new to Figma, and I’m curretly getting this message when i open the program “Limited access: To create new files, switch to a plan where you’re a full member”. I’m supposed to be on at student plan, and thought that would give me access to creating files. Am I wrong, or do I need to do something else?

Just to clarify, the Education plan is specific to each team, not across the entire account. Based on our backend information, it seems that you have access to 2 student teams.

Are you receiving an error message when trying to create a file within one of those student teams?
If so, to help us gain a clearer understanding of the issue you’re encountering, could you provide some additional details?

  • Please share the team name where you were trying to create the file?
  • Could you please send a screenshot of the page you are seeing the error messages?
