Hold behavior for controllers

Hello community,

I’m prototyping for a controller oriented system and I wish we could have ‘hold’ based controller input. Using press only is very limiting especially since ‘hold’ is a very common behavior used.

Agree with @Yvanobi we need this too!

I design for TV and need Long Press options for Key/Gamepad.
Specifically: ‘Key Down’ and ‘Key Up’ for my chosen key.

Longpress on TVs and TV-apps is a common interaction pattern that doesn’t seem to be support at the moment.
Example: Long Press ‘OK’ button to show more options is a standard pattern.

Is there any plan to add this functionality?
