I have a dropdown menu on one of my pages which is in an auto layout component that is also synched with the top frame. However, when I open the dropdown menu on the prototype the image at the top of the page flashes on screen. This happens when I open and close the dropdown.
Thanks for reaching out! Would you be able to share the prototype interaction setting where you see the issue? I remember I experienced a similar case.At that time, I was wrongly connecting to the wrong frame for the destination of the swap overlay. Are you using overlay in the prototype? In that case, checking the overlay setting again could solve the issue but I could be wrong!
I created a sample short video where I saw a problem in the past. You can see the wrong frame showing up suddenly when I change the frame of the swap overlay in this video. I hope it helps but if you keep seeing the issue, please let me know!
Sorry for the delay, i never received a notification. I’m not using overlay but I’ve set this up so that the footer gets pushed down as the menu opens and have moved it to a frame and set up auto layout. Hopefully this helps. The interactions are a series of components.
Thanks for your patience. I looked into this, but it seems reaching out to our support team would be best. Would you be able to contact them via this form? https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
I hope you can solve this soon!
