I’m experiecing an issue with my Figma cursor, where it soemtimes causes problems during zoom in and zoom out actions. Specifically, the cursor behaves erratically, forcing me to use shortcuts like ctrl + to navigate and edit my design
Hi there,
Thanks for flagging this. We haven’t received any similar reports, so we’d like know more about what’s happening. If possible, could you share a screen recording of the issue and your working environment (OS, browser)?
Also, Could you try the troubleshooting below?
- Close any Figma tabs you’re not using
- Browser : Force-quit and open Figma in a new browser window.
- Desktop App: Force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it. If the issue persists, try clearing the cache.
Thanks,
Toku
I have the same problem when I use the zoom function with my Wacom Intous S graphics tablet.
For example, when I need to zoom in, I press the pen button and move the cursor to the right. While I am pulling the cursor to the right, two problems can occur:
- the zoom may increase, then decrease, then increase again
- the zoom is not smooth, but jerky.
Sometimes the zoom function is not working at all.
This greatly affects performance and speed. It would be great this bug to be fixed.
This problem happens in desktop app on Windows 10, driver version 6.4.8-2
The problem is not observed on Mac OS
