OK, Figma, as a company that makes a UX tool, you have to understand the irony of how opaque and baffling your billing, especially for FigJam seats, is. I know collaboration is a whole thing about this app, but, dear god, some of us work mostly solo and have very little use for collaborative tools all the time.
I’ve been billed multiple times for FigJam seats that I don’t use at all. There appears to be no way to remove these seats for this tool I cannot reiterate that I have never used and likely will never. This is baffling.
