Feature Request - Color variables and styles as gradient stops and shadow color

Hi Figma team,

This is Joshua Day, UX designer at Tenable. I’m requesting the ability to assign color variables to the color stops in gradients.

Also for the shadow color:

At Tenable, there are places we use gradients and shadows that we have to change the hex values directly each time. If those values came from our design system, it would save a ton of work. Thanks!

You can assign color variables to shadows already. Not to gradient stops though

Pavel, thanks! I totally missed that when you click the color picker you can choose Libraries and it brings up the design system variables. That’s a game changer!
