Embedded YouTube Video into the Canvas

If feel like this maybe a new release or something. I’ve searched the web and forums, but it seems like you can embed youtube videos into the Canvas now? How can I copy this? It would make my training files loads easier. This is from the Multi-Edit Community file.

You can follow this logic, where instead of a link to a file or prototype you will use a link to a YouTube video:              Can you embed a Figma file with a Figma file and only show the iframe? Questions        You can embed a Figma file within a Figma file like this: Copy the link to the file or prototype.Open or create a new FigJam file.Add a link preview to the FigJam file.Copy object with interactive preview.Paste in the Figma file.Click the “View” button on the interactive preview object.Please note that an interactive preview object cannot be interacted with in Presentation mode.
