Component not the same after doing hover effect

So i am doing a small left menu, and i added a hover effect to expand when hover, issue is, when i move the mouse away from the hover area, the component tries to go back to its original state but it shows some errors. like 1 tab is larger than normal. and then it stays that way. even if i restart the prototype view, it is stuck on that. Im not sure if this is a bug or what.
