Component button is not visible on same location in prototype while it is visible in the work file

Hi I am designing app ui and made a components of button but the button is not showing up on the same place in Prototype while it is showing in the UI work file.

This is only happening when I am doing button position as fixed rather than scroll with parent or sticky to the top edge.
