Card not accepting at the time of payment


I am unable to make a payment for my Figma subscription due to an error stating that my cards are not acceptable. I have tried three different cards, all of which are active and have sufficient funds.

i have the same issue too. Tried multiple cards. Figma charged $0 to my card despite it being $36 bill.

To give some visibilty and if this can help for the community, depending on what we see in our payment processor, for your case, it appears that your bank is declining the charge. (For other users who encounter the issue, please reach out directly to the support team so we can double check here: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new)

For your case: "Most declines are categorized as “generic” so it’s not always possible to know exactly why a payment was declined on our end. If all of the card information seems correct, I recommend trying a different card, or contacting your card issuer for more information.

Hi! I have the same issue!! I have been trying to upgrade for days but everytime i make purchase it keeps returning me to input card details again eveb after i have verified and reviewed! So i cant complete my upgrade!! Any resolution?
