I am trying to build a frame using a solid picture that fades to a solid color. In this case fade a bright picture in to a solid black bottom. Iām going to try and include a photo for substance. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.

Can any body help to fade a picture to a solid color?
See attached screen shot. Basically just add a linear gradient above your image fill (so your object has two fill layers).
