Adapting Frames to be Responsive to different Phones

Hi everyone! I am new to UX Design and am creating my portfolio. I created all of my frames for one of my case studies as iPhone 13 Pro Max, which is the phone I have. The screens fit perfectly when I look at it on my phone. However, someone viewed my frames yesterday and they had a Google phone, and they said that the size of my frames was way too big.

How can I make my frames responsive and adapt to all screen sizes?

Any help would be SO appreciated. Thank you!

Can a prototype be responsive when viewed in Figma Mirror?

I am new to Figma and mobile design in general. I’ve just learned about using constraints and layout grids to create a responsive design. I’ve created a design on an iPhone 11 Pro Max frame, and when I resize the frame to the iPhone SE resolution, the elements successfully slide into their rightful place, i.e. the design is responsive.
