And while you’re at it, send both PDF and an UBL invoice for automated parsing.

I would like to add that this matter has been ongoing for over one year, which makes it even more concerning. It appears that Figma has not given this issue the attention it deserves, especially given the concerns raised by paid customers. We hope that by highlighting this additional perspective, Figma will prioritize a resolution promptly.

Same here with our company. Every few weeks I have to manually collect new invoices and send them to our accounting team. That’s a really annoying piece of work, especially as one CAN define one or more billing contacts in the admin panel. Unfortunately, no billing emails and invoices are sent to the defined inboxes automatically.

Definitely a crucial thing to fix. Our accounting team doesn't have and shouldn't have access to Figma to deal with invoices from there so it is on Design Lead to send those out each month. This should be a simple fix, guys! Please!

+1! It’s insane I have to chase down invoices every month…

If you’re sending pdf invoices, also look into UBL or the option to receive Peppol invoices (the standard in more and more EU countries).
