In the new UI, the “reset scroll position” option is hidden and not enabled by default.
Currently, it requires two clicks to add this action. To streamline this process, I suggest either making the option visible by default or enabling it by default. This would improve the user experience by reducing the number of steps needed to access this functionality.

Just to clarify about the ‘reset scroll position’, this state has never been by default since the release of the new state management features in prototyping.
Only “Preserve scroll position” is the default behavior for scrollable content between frames. (=> precisely, the default behavior now is preserve scroll if the conventions between top level frames match, then you can selectively “reset” scroll position for cases where the layers match but you do not want the scroll to preserve.)
