I was under the impression that there had been a change in recent months and that it was only visible to our admins. It seems it reverted back to the banner being visible to every user within the enterprise. It’s concerning. Please fix this.

Giving this a nudge and a +1 since the issue still persists and it’s been a year since @y_toku last commented.
It’s frustrating and unhelpful to have the banner shown to the whole organization. It creates extra work for me having to reply to well meaning colleagues to explain the situation.
Please only show the banner to account admins.
