Hey @aaronjellis, thanks for the feedback!

We’ll pass this onto the Dev Mode team for future consideration.

Any progress here?

I doubt the Figma Product team look at these forms at all.

I am speechless.

I am working in a huge hand-off for the development team and basically only the Frontend developers have access to my notes. The PMs, BE, no one else but us can see. I see that I had the same problem as my colleagues, I spend 2 days adding annotations and now I will have to do it all over again and go back to put notes on screen so everyone has access and the PMs can write the tickets.

This should be more visible from the tool, that only paying users have access before we spend time using it.

No, they prefer to work on new cool stuff instead of fixing the basics… unfortunately...

It’s simply not a useful tool. Instead I added a annotation component to a utility library that I use instead, in this way all see it.

I will do that! Thanks for the tip. What I did also to minimise the issue with the huge hand-off I just finished was to use the AI Agent to generate all notes on the screen and add pins where they belong to. Not the most elegant solution but it works. Luckily they are not consuming tokens, so I could do it for the whole file.

There the agent was very helpful, still need to get used to use the Agent, it’s a new way of thinking.

+1 as well. Annotations requiring a dev seat is not ideal and definitely needed to be viewable by everyone! This shouldn’t require a dev seat!
