LAUNCHED: Horizontal scroll the layers panel

What do you think about having a horizontal scroll on the layers panel? I can’t see the name of the layers and usually widen the panel to be able to see, but since I use a 13", this makes the canvas smaller.

Hey all, we’re starting to roll this out over the next week in UI3 starting today. Just wanted to update you all. Some of the interactions (ex: auto scroll on selection changes while traversing the layers panel, truncation of names, etc) took a bit longer than expected to refine. Appreciate your patience.
