LAUNCHED: Consolidated Comment Notification Emails

  1. Describe the problem your experiencing and how your idea helps solve this
    When I am tagged in a lot of comments in Figma in a short amount of time or throughout the day, the amount of email notifications I get is overwhelming, but I don’t want to turn them off because I forget to check the specific files for comments if I don’t get an email.
    It would be great to have an option to get a rollup of all your notifications in one email for the day so that I can check for it at the beginning of the day and take action on that feedback all at once.

  3. Ask questions to bring the community into the conversation
    (e.g. Does anyone else experience this? Is anyone using a plugin or workaround to help solve this?, etc.

      Hello,

      I tried to set this up today, but it looks like this is no longer an option?

      Has consolidated notification emails been removed now? Ideally I would like a daily digest of the comments on files by my team, as otherwise its too much to manage across multiple projects and team members.

      Adding my voice to the chorus wanting daily consolidated emails. I see this thread started in March 2021, so happy fourth birthday, li’l fella!!

      The current system is a notification every 30 minutes, and that adds up to a lot of emails. I sure wish I could get them only once or twice a day.

      I wonder why this is marked as LAUNCHED… I don’t see where this has been addressed.  There are options for what you want to be notified about but they still come in many emails throughout the day instead of a single email per day.
