Hello Figma community!

I believe this has already been mentioned in this forum, and I understand Figma’s policy to pay per user per team.

But I think the situation where if one user is part of multiple teams, then they’re being charged per each team is a bit unfair.

E.g. I might be a freelancer who has their own paid plan, but works with a few companies, who have their own Figma teams already.

What I’d like to see instead of being charged per team is for shared projects to respect the team they are being shared with is already paying for a subscription. Think of Slack Connect experience:

My customer I work with shares their project with me, and since I have a paid plan already, I can now see the project as shared under my team, and join it without additional charge on my customer’s side.

Thanks for the tip, but haven’t upvoted the idea, so not sure how that is relevant.

Thanks for getting back anyways.

You are welcome!

Thanks. I see you edited your earlier message. I was confused since it initially said not to upvote my own ideas (which I don’t do).

ohh my bad - that’s my mistake when I type 😅 . I wanted to say ’ do not also forget to upvote your idea. Sorry about that!
