Figma not allow only admin to control edit requests?

Every year my team members accept editing accidentally from clients and friends…and i don’t even know, and sometime email came with cost and affected. How to handle this situation?
I suggest Figma only accept admin to control editing requests or has option to control.
is this dark UX from Figma?
