In the new UI there is no option to view all Assets of a library at once. You always have to click through the groups which is super annoying. There should be an option to have everything visible and not in a folder view!

Hey @Jo114, thanks for the feedback!

Right now this is expected behavior to prevent performance issues for any users using very large libraries. Since Figma is browser based, there’s an active memory limit of 2GB per browser tab.

We’ll pass this onto our team for future consideration though. Don’t forget to vote up top! ☝️

Our teams use votes from the community to gauge overall interest and prioritize.

LOL I posted about this very thing. Would love to get this problem amplified. I understand the bandwidth constraints but there must be a more user-friendly solution?! Maybe accordions?

Same problem here. I’m afraid it’s quite annoying?

Navigate > find component group > go in and get the only component in there

repeat, repeat, repeat :( So much unnecessary clicking.

I hope you can figure out a way to make this easier, for example only using the “grouping” function where there is more than one component in a group.

Please realize this is affecting ALL designers on my team as they have to dive into every single folder and the go back up and back down again. This is seriously slowing EVERYONE down.
