Hello Figma Team,
After receiving multiple errors trying to verify my account for an education plan, I finally received the Verification Limit Exceeded Error, and it will not let me submit any more verification attempts.
I tried contacting SheerID but was met with the “We were unable to process your verification request. While we can't offer further details or support for this specific inquiry, please ensure all information submitted is accurate and meets the eligibility criteria for future attempts. Your ticket has now been permanently closed.” message other users seem to be encountering.
I need access to Figma education for my classes, and the documents I provided were the same as my classmates’ but only mine encountered errors, if there is anyone on this forum or anyone from the Figma team that can assist in getting my account verified or resetting my verification attempts that would be very much appreciated.
